The 2026 High-Speed Triple-Screw Design Full Automatic PE Air Bubble Film Making Machine is engineered for continuous, high-output production of polyethylene air bubble film. Featuring a 2–4 layer configuration, inverter control, an easy-to-operate touch screen, and an automatic winding system, this extrusion line delivers reliable performance for packaging, insulation, and construction applications.
The air bubble film produced with polyethylene is widely used in packing, insulation, and construction materials thanks to its excellent shock absorption, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and transparency. The film offers dampproof, shockproof, soundproof, and heat preservation properties.
